Meetings
Monthly Board Meetings: Five board members are elected by the membership. Terms are for three years and elections are held at the annual meeting.

System Flushing

Flushing has been completed for 2025. If you have questions or if discoloration of water lasts past this week please call the Warren Water Association office at (503) 397-3280.

Lead Line Survey Completed: Over the last three years, WWA has visually inspected all water service lines at the meter connection. NO lead lines were found on the WWA water system. You can view results with the linked spreadsheet.
New Portal
WWA has a new billing system & portal!
Bills will continue to be mailed via postcard although the format will look slightly different.
Please set up your portal account enabling:
- access your bill
- Sign up for alerts via voice or email
- Sign up for email billing
- Sign up for ACH Auto-Draft
- view usage history
WWA's portal payments can be made with your checking account (NO visa or debit)
All payments will say pending until they are drafted on the 7th and 20th of each month. *
Online payments made 19th thru 4th will be processed on the 7th of each month.
Online payments made 5th thru 18th will be processed on the 20th of the month.
*Processing may be delayed up to 2 days if the 7th and 20th if it falls on a holiday or weekend.
Payments returned for NSF, closed bank accounts, or accounts not found will be charged a $30 fee (bank charge)
