New Portal
WWA has a new billing system & portal!
Bills will continue to be mailed via postcard although the format will look slightly different.
Please set up your portal account enabling:
- access your bill
- Sign-up for alerts via voice or email
- sign-up for email billing
- sign-up for ACH Auto-Draft
- view usage history
WWA's portal payments can be made with your checking account (NO visa or debit)
All payments will say pending until they are drafted on the 9th and 20th of each month.
Online payments made 18th thru 5th will be processed on the 9th of each month.
Online payments made 6th thru 17th will be processed on the 20th of the month.
Payments returned for NSF will be charged a $30 fee

Outages & Projects
Water Outage: No water outages.

Backflow Testing: 2024 testing is complete. Members with a backflow device will see a charge of $30 per backflow device added to their November 2024 Bill.
Lead Line Survey Completed: Over the last three years, WWA has visually inspected all water service lines at the meter connection. NO lead lines were found on the WWA water system. You can view results with the linked spreadsheet.
Prevent frozen pipes:
Open cupboards to let interior heat warm the pipes.
Temporarily, keep a steady drip of cold water at an inside faucet farthest from the meter
Leave the heat on at least 55 degrees.
Ensure your meter box is covered; cold air can freeze your meter.
If pipes are frozen:
Use a hair dryer or heat lamp to safely thaw pipes. This may take some time.
When plumbing lines freeze at the house there is usually water available at one faucet but not another. If you have no water, the problem may be at the meter.
Broken pipes:
Shut off your water and water heater.
If you can not locate your water shut-off valve, Warren Water can assist in turning your meter off.
Meetings
Monthly Board Meetings: Five board members are elected by the membership. Terms are for three years and elections are held at the annual meeting.
